Senegal and Cameroon have both booked a spot in the inter-confederation play-offs of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualification which will determine the final three qualification spots for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Botswana, Senegal, Tunisia and Cameroon met in a Repêchage where two winners advance to the inter-confederation playoffs but a penalty shootout win over Tunisia sealed a spot for Senegal, while Ajara Njoya’s late first half goal against Botswana was enough for Cameroon to progress.

The tournament is set to take place from 18 to 23 February 2023 in New Zealand
